Its actually good to lose friends, if you really want to grow..

The more you get older, the more you will realize how protective you are of everything in your life that you hold value in. You may begin to put up walls, have expectations, standards, and you will no longer wish to expose those pieces of yourself to just anyone.

However, with the new friends you make as you grow into your age, they will cherish the things you say and do. You will find new interests in the people you associate with and begin to develop meaningful relationships with them

Once you become older, you will have become so experienced with the world that you’ve learned how to rely on some of your friends for certain things, and you’ve even demonstrated what it means to be hospitable to your loved ones.

However, there is going to come a time where you recognize that some of those things aren’t really necessary in your life anymore. You may have to let those people go in order to move on with your new ways of life.

          Meaningful Relationships

Even though you may lose some of your old friends as you age, if doesn’t mean that you won’t find meaningful relationships with any other people. This is the opposite of the actual truth.

As you become older, you will find new things to talk about, new topics that interests you, and places that you’ve been before. You will enjoy talking about all of the things you’ve done previously.

People love to hear of your travels, so why not make some to tell your new friends?

          No Time

The more you become older the more you will begin to realize that you practically have zero time to spare on anything fun you want to do.

Maybe that’s an over-exaggeration, but at the same time, depending on who it is, your life may become one of the most fast paced races you’ve ever been in.

Whatever the case, it’s important to manage your time wisely and realize that everything will get done in due time. This also goes for the people in your life. You will soon begin to decide who is worth your time and who is not.

          Despise Insincerity

When you were younger, being insincere came naturally to you. As children, we are all a little insincere to the people in our lives, and more often than not, to our friends.

However, as you grow older, you will begin to have zero tolerance for it. You will not handle rudeness well and will want to be the voice of reason when it comes to arguing with someone who is being insincere.

You will find yourself longing for honest conversations instead of ones that are aimed to hurt you or just don’t go anywhere.

Hopefully this has helped you get over some of your fears of getting older. Just remember to take things in stride. Do your best to go with the flow, and be as resilient as you possibly can.

Get rid of Fats in 4 weeks, all you need to know ..

I begin the chapter on weight loss by stating that I believe there are only two ways to truly manage weight, through exercising and eating healthy. There simply is no magic shortcut, and while this may seem obvious to some people it is overlooked far, far, too often. Now you’re probably wondering, if diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight, why did you write this list? Because there are still natural remedies and recipes that will help you reach your ultimate goal. If you use these in addition to eating better and getting some exercise, they can speed up the process. There are many different contributing factors to losing/gaining weight, so the below remedies cover a wide range.

Before you go on you should have a simple understanding of the process your body goes through when dropping the pounds. Fat (along with protein and carbohydrates) is stored energy, plain and simple. Calories are the unit that is used to measure the potential energy in said fats, carbs, and proteins. Your body will convert fat to usable energy through a series of chemical processes, and any excess energy (calories) that you don’t need will be stored away. To lose weight, you must expend more energy (or calories) than you take in. When you are using more than you taking in, your body draws on stored fat to convert it to energy, which makes the fat cells shrink. It doesn’t disappear; it simply changes form, like water to steam. While this is the basic process, you also have to take into account genetic and environmental factors. How well the above process takes place does vary from person to person.

Try to execute your diet/workout plan with at least one partner who keeps you motivated and other way you keep him pushing. Company matters a lot.

Secondly to execute your plan you need to have strong will.

Let’s discuss how one we formulate routine plan which covers workout and diet plan. Workout is mandatory in order to keep body metabolism active, more your blood will circulate in your body, more fresh you feel like as simple as that. Consumption of enormous water is highly recommended after intervals of 2 hours. Normally healthy and active human body is expected to consume at least 7 litres of water a day which should not be a big deal. 90% of your blood cells activity takes place in liquid which is why it is highly recommended to consume as much as possible. At the same time chilled water is strongly not recommended right after meal. You can consume normal room temperature water before your meal as it makes no harm.

  • Drink normal water before meal
  • Avoid water after meal at least for 2 hours
  • Start your day with 3 to 4 glass of water (normal temperature)
  • Take warm water (one glass), mix in one table spoon of honey and pour half lemon. Just in the beginning of day before even breakfast
  • Consume at least 7 litres of water in a day.
  • Timing of diet is important, try to finish your meal as early as possible. Your last diet should be before 7pm
  • You can have fruit or vegetable later but avoid meal as it won’t digest

It’s important to make your body active not only to make you slim. Morning or evening walk/jog will make you feel better for sure. There are various options if you don’t have gym nearby.

  • At least 45 to 60 minutes’ jog/walk is highly recommended
  • 15 minutes’ exercise which includes Crunches and planks
  • 10 minutes’ skipping that can be done at different time

If you want to burn that extra fat, then don’t just consider what you eat, but when you eat

Timing is important

Practical approach of exercise plan:

Make sure you start your exercise after warmup jog with sweating body and your workout should be at least 2 hours after your meal (evening session) if you are doing in morning than its fine.

  • Start with 5 exercises
  • 2 to 3 sets each and starting each set with 15 reps and gradually incline reps till 100 or more
  • 1 set should have 5 exercises, 1 exercise should have 15 reps
  • At least increase reps after 3 days. (15-25-35-50-60-70-90)
  • Plan should be at least 30 days
  • Must note your weight in starting

Diet Plan:

Don’t eat before bed. Your metabolism slams on the brakes when you go to sleep, so eating at night makes weight gain tough to avoid. Get a buddy to make goals that the two of you strive towards. When you lose willpower or motivation, a friend can be all that stands between success and setback

  • Eat well in breakfast, more than half in lunch and less than half in evening meal before 6pm
  • Avoid carbs, rely on fruits and vegetables
  • Consume green tea after meal with lemon pour in or ginger
  • Avoid cooked food but don’t leave it completely
  • Plain yogurt and honey is recommended
  • Avoid junk and soft drinks
  • Coffee helps you make active and exercise with energy. consume it before workout.

Work & study.. Best country for students.. Useful guide !!

Studying abroad is believe as a lucrative decision often made by students. By investing the substantial amount of money one expect the considerable return on investment. By opting the opportunity to study abroad student takes in the allure and trends of new society. You get to see world different culture, their mode of study, meet numerous ethnic people with diverse religion believes and ultimately it made you think broadly and helps you in your personal development.

Well, there are copious benefits and distant fascinations which make student convince to make their way without doing intensive research. Often education consultants display broad banners of attractive landscapes in their offices to fetch as many people as possible. Usually, what happen, students approach them, they inquire your desired program, university, country and financial status. Once you fill that form they scrutiny that and shortlist few options. Usually for compiling and streamline your documents they charge you and you consciously pay them.

Well, there are various aspects that comes under consideration while brainstorming options such as how much costly it would be? Which place should one go for? What university and program one should opt or the most relevant program? One of the most noteworthy aspect students usually skip is whether they want to come back or not? (Mind it, it has nothing to do with your patriotic feelings).

Usually students remain in rush and they just get convinced to pay any sum of amount in exchange of consultancy they get from agents in market. Though they have no idea that there are consultants who don’t charge even a penny as matter of fact they get paid from universities.

Choosing a country is somehow becoming complicated as there are numerous people around you to misguide you. Two major things which are linked with this choice is how much money you have in your pocket and what’s your plan after competing studies? Generally, the majority of students wants to earn money afterward which are quite brazen. Those students who are planning to stay afterward for some years should always consider either Australia, Canada or New Zealand. Although they are expensive but considered as the wise decision. They offer you Post study work permit (PSW) for those who don’t know, this Post study work permit is of 2 years which allows you to work legally, full time and at the end, you can apply for either extension or for their permanent residence. Certainly, their visa process time takes 3 to 4 months (only where you need to be patient).

Scandinavian countries are also good options but still little risky in regard to extension and work permits afterward. But again there are few countries which offer free education or you just need to pay the nominal amount to bear your accommodation and food. Their process time varies from 2 to 3 months.

Asian countries like Malaysia, China, Singapore are offering students such options to avail but they are no more fascination for a majority of students to stay after studies as they are similar or slightly different economically than us. Most of the students prefer moving to developed nations where they could earn some money and feed their families, which is possible only in developed countries.

The United Kingdom is one of the most appealing places for students to go for studies. You may not know it has a shortest visa process time which is 15 days, which mean if you have your few documents in your hand, if you have bank statement of no less than 2.5 m (25 lac) it just a matter of 30 to 45 days to be there as most of the universities have their intakes round the year. But this is only suitable for students who are either not interested in earning money afterward or don’t want to stay there. There is no Post study work permit which forces you to leave a country. Normally agents for the sake of their business does not tell you the real picture. So mind it.

There are official university agents who don’t charge you a penny for your case as they get paid from universities. So don’t fool yourself by paying them and believing as they are favoring you and you are not capable of that.
